SMASCO and Urban Company Announce Joint Venture to Launch New Home Services Platform in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, October 2024: Saudi Manpower Solutions Company (SMASCO), a manpower service provider in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and UrbanClap Technologies Private Limited (“Urban Company”), a technology marketplace for home services, are proud to announce the establishment of their Joint Venture, and the launch of a new home service platform in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The joint venture, Waed Khadmat Al-Munzal for Marketing Co., will leverage Urban Company’s technological capabilities and consumer centricity with SMASCO’s manpower resource network to offer home service solutions to the Saudi market.
