Gurugram, February 04, 2026: Urban Company today shared its latest partner earnings data for the 9M FY26 period, highlighting steady growth in partner earnings and continued career progression enabled by the platform.

For the 9M FY26 period, average monthly net earnings in hand for all active service partners stood at ₹28,322, up from ₹26,489 in the same period last year. The earnings growth reflects strong and sustained demand across services, along with ongoing improvements in platform efficiency. The data also highlights consistent earning opportunities across different partner cohorts.

At the higher end of the platform, earning potential remains significant:

● Top 20% UC service professionals earned an average of ₹42,418 per month, net in hand

● Top 10% earned ₹47,471 per month, net in hand

● Top 5% earned ₹51,673 per month, net in hand

On average, partners spent 91 hours per month on the platform including the time taken to travel for services, translating into net earnings of approximately ₹313 per hour - meaningfully above statutory minimum wage benchmarks across several urban markets.

Urban Company service professionals earn at par, and in several cases much higher than entry-level salaried professionals employed in India’s IT and ITeS sectors. With average net monthly earnings of ₹28,322, Urban Company service professionals’ earnings are comparable to typical IT fresher salaries*. The advantage increases sharply with performance and tenure on the platform: the top 20% service professionals earn approximately 30% more than an average entry-level IT professional, the top 10% earn about 45% more and the top 5% earn nearly 60% more than the income of an entry-level IT professional. This sustained earnings differential highlights the platform’s ability to support merit-based livelihood opportunities, where higher engagement and performance translate directly into materially higher and competitive earnings.

Commenting on Urban Company partner earnings data, Abhiraj Singh Bhal, Chief Executive Officer, Urban Company Limited, said: “Sustained earnings growth is a very important indicator of a healthy partner ecosystem. Our focus remains on nurturing that ecosystem by strengthening demand, improving efficiency, and investing in the long-term career progression of service partners on our platform.”

* Entry-level IT and ITeS salary benchmarks are assumed at INR 4 lacs per annum based on publicly available industry data, including Glassdoor estimates. Comparisons are indicative and intended to provide directional context.

Additionally, Urban Company continues to invest in partner enablement across safety, insurance, access to credit, long-term financial security, training and technology. All active service partners on the platform are covered under group life and accidental insurance, which includes life insurance cover of up to ₹10 lakh, disability cover of up to ₹6 lakh, and accidental hospitalisation and OPD treatment coverage, among other benefits.
